State Statutes

FS 163.3180 is the basic law on school concurrency in Florida.

FS 163.3177 subsection 6(h) covers the requirement to amend the ICE to require an interlocal agreement.

FS 163.31777 covers the new requirements for the interlocal agreement.

FS 163.3184 covers comprehensive plans and their amendment.  Contains sections on school concurrency.

FS 163.3202 covers requirements to implement land development regulations for comp plan policies.  Section 2(g) pertains to FS 163.3177.

FS 1013.21 covers reduction of relocatables and defines an over capacity school.

FS 1013.33 covers coordination of planning with local governments by school boards.

FS 1013.35 covers school district educational facilities plans.

FS 1013.64 covers funding of education plant needs.

Florida Administrative Code

FAC 9J-5.025 covers the DCA's requirements for the public school facilities element.  It starts on page 357.

FAC 9J-5.016 covers the capital improvement element including standards for financial feasibility.  It starts on page 351.
