Links to the Six Pilot Communities' School Concurrency Documents

The pilot communities agreed to create their school concurrency management systems on a greatly accelerated basis under the guidance of the Department of Community  Affairs.  The interlocal agreements, comprehensive plan amendments and local ordinances they developed now serve as models for the rest of the state.
